Where We Work: Cedar Park, Leander, Round Rock and Beyond

From Cedar Park out to Liberty Hill and Pflugerville, we guide business owners through a sale and help buyers find the right acquisition. Meetings take place at our office or by phone and video. You deal with one person from the first valuation call to the closing table, so questions never get passed around.

The towns we work in

Most of our sellers run companies in Cedar Park, Leander, Liberty Hill, Georgetown, Round Rock and Brushy Creek. Service firms, restaurants, retail shops, trades and franchise locations all come through our office. Each one gets a valuation built from its own books, not a rule of thumb borrowed from another market.

We also work regularly with owners and buyers in Pflugerville, Wells Branch, Steiner Ranch, Hudson Bend and Jonestown. Distance rarely matters. Much of a sale happens by phone and video, and we sit down together at our office when a conversation deserves a table and a quiet room. If you are buying, registering with us puts new listings in front of you before they go public.

What owners and buyers here should know

  • Confidentiality in close communities

In smaller towns, word travels quickly between staff, customers and suppliers. Our listings go out with no business name attached. A buyer only learns who you are after signing a nondisclosure agreement and showing they have the means to complete a purchase.

  • Meetings that keep things quiet

Early conversations happen at our office or by phone and video, never in your lobby. When a serious buyer needs to see the operation, we arrange it with you, often outside business hours.

  • Texas sales tax clearance

Before closing, buyers should ask the Texas Comptroller for a certificate showing the seller's sales taxes are paid. Skipping it can leave the buyer responsible for old balances, so we put it on the closing checklist early.

  • Leases and franchise approvals

Many businesses in the area lease their space, and many are franchises. A sale usually needs the landlord's consent to assign the lease and, for franchises, the franchisor's approval of the buyer. We start both conversations well before closing so they do not stall the deal.

  • Financing for buyers

Lenders will want tax returns, financial statements and a clear story about the business. We help sellers prepare that package up front, which shortens the wait once a buyer applies for financing.
